About Hayley, LICSW
A little about me.
I love exploring the beautiful northwest with my husband and kids. I’m happiest when out gardening or at one of my kid’s many activities or a favorite local restaurant.
I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provide with extensive experience working with trauma from sexual abuse, childhood, religious, and healing from generational trauma.
I am open, down to earth, honest and direct in my approach and will meet you with genuine and authentic positive regard.
My journey as a therapist.
I found my passion for supporting people in healing and navigating life transitions when working at a children’s shelter at age 18.
I grew up in north central Montana (the Big Sky) and completed my bachelor’s degree at University of MT in Missoula in Social Work. I moved to Spokane to study attachment theory under the circle of security project and completed my master's in social work at Eastern Washington University.
I have been practicing as a therapist for over 15 years, am licensed as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and certified in multiple evidence based treatment models. I am honored to be a part of people’s healing journey towards a more whole and present self.
“I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.”

Meet June!
June is my new office therapy dog in training. You may see her periodically around the office in her own secure space. At your request she is always happy to say hi but for now is not able to participate fully in therapy.
She is an Australian labradoodle, a breed specifically known to be low allergen and developed for their calm, therapy dog qualities.
